What sets Ottawa Puppy Yoga apart isn’t just the Puppy Sound Bath Sanctuary—it’s the depth, wisdom and qualified experiences. Owner and CEO Sabrina Steczko brings a rare blend of certifications and trainings, as well as creativity and artistry to her therapeutic modalities. Her trauma-informed, grief-certified approach is rooted in somatic practices that support emotional regulation, nervous system health, and authentic human connection.

Sabrina has worked closely with individuals navigating grief (beyond bereavement), those in end-of-life care, pet parents coping with the loss of a companion animal, and people experiencing emotional dysregulation or trauma. Her ability to recognize and respond compassionately in high-emotion situations ensures that every organizational wellness program is held with care and competence.

Organizational clients trust Sabrina because her events and her wellness programs go beyond surface-level solutions. She designs each experience with awareness and attention to details—delivering meaningful support for the people behind the job titles. At Ottawa Puppy Yoga, well-being is our way of life, and our wellness programs serve as a transformative vehicle for psychospiritual alchemy to occur.

YOUR ZEN MASTERS (WITH FUR)

Sabrina is also a passionate, small-scale Shih Tzu breeder, raising no more than 2-3 litters a year. This isn’t a business—it’s a labor of love. Every puppy is raised in a high-socialization environment at home and through classes and events. The puppies stay with her until 8 to 10 months of age. When they are adopted the next generation of pups begin their journey.

Her puppies leave with proof of full vaccination and deworming, sterilization, a microchip, they are trained for car rides, stairs, outside, and use washable pee-pads. They know basic commands and most importantly, they are healthy, happy and have a docile temperament. Each adoption includes a contract of sale and a health guarantee, reflecting Sabrina’s deep commitment to responsible breeding and lifelong well-being for each dog.
